Anila Recruitment has partnered with a well-regarded P&C run provider of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) to recruit a Quality and Compliance Manager. This newly created leadership position will play a pivotal role in embedding a culture of quality and compliance across the service. Working closely with the Coordinator and Assistant Coordinator/ Educational leader, you'll support them both in compliance management, audit reviews and program development to ensure the service is meeting & exceeding regulatory requirements whilst also mentoring teams in program development, reflective practice, and embedding the National Quality Framework in everyday practice. Key Responsibilities Oversee and support compliance systems across both services, including documentation, audits, policies and regulatory requirements Guide the implementation of the National Quality Framework, including the My Time Our Place learning framework Support teams in programming, critical reflection, and educational leadership Lead or support the development of Quality Improvement Plans Contribute to risk management, incident review processes, and internal audits Assist with the preparation for Assessment & Rating and ongoing quality improvement Work closely with both Site Coordinators to embed child-safe and inclusive practices Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and cross-site collaboration What You Will Bring A passion for quality OOSH programs and a deep understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements Previous experience in an Educational Leader or Compliance-focused role in OOSH or Early Childhood Education Strong knowledge of the National Law and Regulations, NQS, and MTOP. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail in record-keeping and documentation Strong mentoring, coaching, and leadership skills A collaborative mindset and the ability to work across teams and settings Current WWCC, Child Protection certificate, and First Aid qualifications Anila Recruitment are specialist recruiters on a mission to change the face of recruitment in the OSHC and Early Years Sector.
